As a yoga teacher, I enjoy teaching the foundations of yoga every day, because I want all interested students to receive the benefits of yoga. Unfortunately, some students have even said that the videos they have tried have been discouraging and have made them feel that yoga is not for them. For over 20 years I have been a dedicated student of meditation. I still practice meditation every day, because I like it, I enjoy it, and most importantly, because meditation contributes to make all aspects of my life better.
